Join us for a one-of-a-kind webinar featuring the nation's leading CRA expert and author, Kenneth H. Thomas, Ph.D., President, Community Development Fund Advisors, LLC (Author of The CRA Handbook, and former Lecturer in Finance at The Wharton School). Dr. Thomas will share the results of his proprietary database of thousands of CRA public Performance Evaluations (PEs) to answer the critical CRA question of 'How much is enough?'

We all know there is some subjectivity involved in any rating system, but using the results of thousands of completed CRA PEs enables the creation of guidelines for different ratings. While regulators do not accept or endorse such guidelines, they are very useful for providing bankers with a benchmark of their CRA performance, especially for those with an upcoming exam. In addition to discussing these suggested quantitative guidelines, Dr. Thomas will also review the important qualitative factors used by examiners in the various CRA tests. Also, Dr. Thomas will present his views on proposed CRA reforms based on his recent meetings with representatives of both the U.S. Treasury Department and the Congressional Black Caucus.
